The 12cup muffin pan features our exclusive non-stick ceramic coated easy release baking surface. The pan is made from carbon steel. The weight is 0.6mm. The pan has two layers on ceramic non-stick coating for easy release and easy cleaning. The ceramic non-stick coating is Lead Free, Cadmium Free, PFOA Free, PTFE Free and PFOS Free. For maximum performance we recommend that you hand wash and hand dry the bakeware. Do not put it in the dishwasher. The ceramic coating makes it easy to clean. Just wipe it with a soapy cloth, rinse and hand dry.
