This 15" x 10" x 3" Lasagna/Roasting Pan is perfect for large pasta dishes. It is also a great product for your Thanksgiving turkey or roasts. The carbon steel pan is heavy weight. (0.8mm). The pan has two non-stick ceramic coatings that make it both durable and easy to clean. The non-stick ceramic surface is Lead Free, Cadmium Free, PTFE Free, PFOS Free and PFOA Free. The exterior dimensions on the pan are 15.75" x 11" x 3". For maximum performance we recommend that the pan be hand washed. Clean with warm soapy water, rinse and hand dry.
