Meal prepping is made easy with these risotto with vegetable packets! Just melt a knob of butter in a pan, pour the rice and toast it for a minute while stirring. Add a half a glass of white wine and let it evaporate, cover the rice with hot broth and turn it from time to time and when necessary add some hot stock. When cooked, stir and serve.
