The result? Perfectly smooth pasta sheets every time.
With adjustable thickness from 0.6mm to 4.8mm, you can easily make both thin lasagna sheets and thicker pasta sheets to suit your recipes. Ankarsrum also sells Pasta Cutters to make fettuccine, spaghetti and lasagnette.
